Attendance Rules & Awards

• Regular attendance is compulsory for academic progress.
• Unnecessary leave should be avoided as it affects learning continuity.
• Leave letters signed by parents/guardians must be submitted for absence.
• Students with 100% attendance during the academic year will be awarded prizes.

Uniform & Identity Card Rules

• Students must come to school in prescribed uniform only.
• Neatness and proper grooming are compulsory.
• LKG & UKG students must carry ID cards daily.
• Children will not be allowed to leave the school premises without proper identification.

Examination Rules & Malpractice

• Students must strictly follow examination instructions.
• No re-examination will be conducted for students absent during exams.
• Any form of malpractice during examinations will result in zero marks and strict disciplinary action.
• Students must maintain discipline and silence in examination halls.

Progress Card Rules

• Progress cards are issued after every examination.
• Only parents or guardians are permitted to sign progress cards.
• Progress cards must be returned to the class teacher within three days.
• Loss or damage of progress cards will require replacement with a penalty fee.
• Misuse of progress cards is strictly prohibited.

Promotion & Academic Performance

• A minimum pass percentage in each subject is required for promotion.
• The school follows a grade-based evaluation system as per Matriculation norms.
• Promotion decisions are final and based on examination results, attendance, and conduct.

Fee Rules & Consequences of Default

• School fees must be paid within the stipulated time.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Students whose fees are not paid on time may:
• Be removed temporarily from class rolls
• Be barred from attending classes or examinations
• Students should not be entrusted with fee payment under any circumstance.

Parent Visit & Communication Rules

• Parents are welcome to visit the school but should not enter classrooms during school hours.
• Parents must meet the Principal only, not teachers directly.
• For early student pickup, parents must come personally and obtain permission from the Principal.
• Parents are requested to check the school diary daily and sign it regularly.

Conduct & Behaviour

• Students must always speak politely and truthfully.
• Disobedience, irregular attendance, or misuse of parent signatures may lead to dismissal.
• Students must respect school rules, teachers, and institutional discipline at all times.

Parent Cooperation

• Parents are expected to cooperate with the school in:
• Maintaining discipline
• Monitoring academic progress
• Encouraging participation in school activities
• Suggestions from parents are welcome and should be discussed with the Principal.

Final Authority

The decision of the Principal and Management in all disciplinary, academic, and administrative matters shall be final and binding.
